Why Coaching When the World has AI?!?
I know, I know… who becomes a life coach when the world has AI? Are you crazy, Frances?
Not at all.
Look, I love AI. As someone who is dyslexic and a little ADD, it has boosted my productivity exponentially, streamlining my processes, helping me learn new skills, building workflows that actually work for my brain. AI has been a genuine game changer for me personally.
BUT we all know the quality of AI outputs are only as good as the inputs. In today’s world the work is being able to decipher and disseminate the information coming at you in rapid form.
You want to break the mold not get led down another algorithm. In order to do that you need to know exactly where you want to go.
AI is not going to see that your whole body just said 'no' while your mouth was saying 'yes'. - I will, and will help you trust it.
AI is not going to sense the hesitation in your voice when you're bumping up against a false narrative you've carried for decades. - I will, and will stay with you as you deconstruct it.
AI cannot bear witness to the tears, the joy, the grief, the hope as you push past your comfort zone. - I can, and will hold all of it with you while everything shifts.
Yes, AI can build you a framework, break overwhelming decisions into digestible steps, and hand you a beautiful action plan but you still need to know how to guide the ship.
Things I have heard from real clients:
“Wow, AI never asked me that!” (I ask a lot of unexpected questions to get you to dig into those blocks.)
“Knowing I will talk to you every two weeks, has given me amazing motivation to actually do something!” (Yup, AI can give you an excellent plan but I will work with you to take action in IRL and want to hear all about it.)
“It feels really good to get validation from a human. I can never be sure that AI isn’t just gaslighting me.” (I love cheering on my clients real progress!)
If you are ready to dig in (and be accountable to a human) lets connect!
